This project consisted of removing the existing roof to the TRU Old Main building and construction of a new third and fourth floor. The roof structure renovations include state of the art prefabricated wall and roof elements, fabricated on site to enclose the tall, flowing and inspirational indoor space over a unique "wave" design. The renovations to this building included exterior facade upgrades, new entry vestibules, additional exiting stair structures and a new elevator.
The project also involved the interior finishing and fit-out of the building. The work included curved wood ceilings and all other interior architectural, mechanical and electrical finishing to fully fit-out the Faculty of Law Building. This phase was completed while the lower floors were occupied.
