Through the Construction Management process, we act as a representative for our clients managing the day-to-day operations of the project beginning at the conceptual design phase through to project completion.

We provide expert advice to the design team on constructability, value engineering, budget control and schedule management. On CM at Risk projects, we provide the same pre-construction services during the design phase, but convert to a fixed price contract after pricing has been received from the trade contractors. This provides our client with the advantage of having an experienced contractor working with the design team throughout the design phase and provides cost certainty and risk mitigation during the construction phase.
