This project involved the construction of a new three-storey, 23-unit apartment building on-reserve in Kitimaat Village, and it's purpose is to bring affordable housing to the residents of Kitamaat Village. The building consists of five one-bedroom, 12 two-bedroom, and 6 three-bedroom apartments, as well as ground floor community space and ample shared outdoor and patio places. There are future plans to develop a five-unit townhouse on site, therefore the building has been designed to accommodate future on-site buildings. The building will be managed by M'akola Housing Society.
