This is a 7,700 m², three-storey, 26-unit social housing building designed to Passive House standards. It includes a mix of 16 studio units, 5 one-bedroom units, and 5 two-bedroom units, as well as program and amenity spaces: a multi-purpose gathering room with a kitchen; a small room with low-level lighting for counselling and peace teas; an accessible bathroom; and a shared laundry room.

The building includes nine parking spaces, plus one car-share space for residents, as well as a pull-over lane near the front door for loading and unloading.
