Eunice Oh Residence was constructed for the New Vista Housing Society. This wood-framed building will consist of three floors with 25 units, designed to provide affordable rental housing to Burnaby residents. The project includes an amenity room with a kitchen, an amenity patio, and underground parking. Work includes the construction of the entrance driveway, underground parking, and the 3-storey building.

The New Vista Housing Society specializes in constructing seniors' and family housing, as well as long-term care facilities. This new building will be funded through BC Housing's Community Housing Fund and aims to provide affordable rental housing units for those in need in Burnaby and the Lower Mainland.
