PCH Mews is a 3-storey, wood frame, apartment building that offers 41 units for low-income seniors. This development is located next to the 24-unit Dogwood Manor. This project also included new at-grade paved parking and landscaping around the perimeter.

​The building is sprinklered and consists of concrete foundations with slab on grade, wood trusses and an asphalt shingled roof. The exterior of the building utilizes fiber-cement siding.
