Pleasant Valley Manor was one project of a bundle that consisted of 3 separate buildings located in Hundred Mile House, Merritt and Armstrong. Yellowridge was hired by Interior Health to act as the Construction Manager and work with the architect to provide construction advice and costing throughout the design stage and then to construct the buildings.

Pleasant Valley Manor is an addition to the Pleasant Valley Health Center and provides additional complex care services to the Armstrong area. The building is a 2 story slab on grade wood frame structure with asphalt shingle roofing. The exterior envelope includes a combination of stucco and wood siding. There are 2 nursing stations that serve 2 wings each and the upper floor has a covered exterior patio while the lower floor has direct access to an outdoor garden area.
