This project involved the construction of a new two story seniors care and assisted living facility providing nursing care and supervision for people who have complex care needs and can no longer be cared for in their own homes. Concrete foundations and wood framing were used to construct the eighty units. The exterior was finished with Hardie plank and panel siding with asphalt roof shingles.
