In partnership with BC Housing and the Xaayda Naay Haida House Society, Yellowridge has successfully completed a housing development consisting of 12 one-bedroom and 12 two-bedroom units. The ground-floor units are primarily designated for elder housing, while the upper-floor units are intended for other community members, including families in need. Designed with affordability in mind, the smaller units provide a cost-effective solution for those on fixed incomes, offering reduced rent and lower utility costs.

Located centrally within the community, the housing offers breathtaking views of Hecate Strait. The development includes a communal garden, which features a dedicated medicine garden to support the residents' well-being. Additionally, the housing is integrated with a health and wellness centre, offering a range of services for elders, including medical and dental care, counselling, and traditional healing practices.
